A Berkshire‑based Managed Service Provider needed a 3rd Line Support Specialist with the depth to handle complex escalations, project delivery, and multi‑client environments. They wanted someone who could walk into a fast‑moving MSP, take ownership of technical issues, and represent the business confidently on client sites.
